Thursday April 27 2017 at approximately 10:42 a.m. a Quitman Ga. Woman was arrested in connection with hair weave scam. Witnesses stated that Ms Phillips was stealing popular hair weave Kane Kalon from Tokyo wigs store also in Quitman , and selling hair to friends. One witness : Kaneka Moss stated that Ms Phillips aka Tip sold her hair that kids colored with crayola markers for food stamps. Police are seeking others in connection , tune in later for more on this at 4 on WDEEZ NUTZ news for all that really believed this shit trying to be nosey
