Burt Brown III arrested for stealing condoms in Salem Walmart Thursday evening.

Burt Brown was witnessed by staff placing items in his pocket. Staff approached Mr. Brown, who began eyeing to the store clerk he needed the items so his girlfriend didn’t become pregnant. Store staff informed Mr. Brown the police were on the way. At that moment, 17 year old Brown, removed the condoms from his person, along with his clothing and began urinating on the floor of the produce department. He is currently being held at the Columbiana County Juvenile jail.
