Cape Girardeau Local teen was caught stealing!

Emily Bagby, 18, of Cape Girardeau was reportedly caught stealing at Spencer’s in the West Park Mall. The items stollen were ” a lime green anal plug, a black light , a 10 inch strap on , and a blow up doll” she told officer Dick Butkus that she ellegedly wanted to have a great night. Police now have her in custody so that will no longer be an option. 🤔👏🏻
