17, Carlos Steven Perez as known as “Scuba” has been arrested at 6:43 pm Thursday afternoon. Witnesses says the victim was a 18 year old male. Carlos had a fully loaded semi automatic pistol in hand when he committed the crime. The victim was shot in the arm and police say he will be in stable condition. He will be tried as an adult. His court date is on May 10th, 2017.
