Centralia Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrants from 11 Counties

A 41-year-old Centralia man has been arrested on warrants issued in 11 counties across Southern and Central Illinois.
Jamaal Hamilton of Cherry street was picked up by Centralia Police on Wednesday. He was taken to the Marion County Jail where he’s being held on $250,000 bond.
One of the warrants is a Marion County failure to appear warrant in a bad check case, with bond set at $5,000. Hamilton is also wanted in Effingham, Clinton, Jefferson, Fayette, Clay, Bond, Franklin, Richland, Perry, and Williamson Counties. All of the warrants are related to bad check cases.
