The Charleston Police Department has asked if anyone knows the location William Walters come forward. Mr. Walters was last seen wearing blue coveralls and driving a Silver 2008 Chevy Silverado.
He is being sought for questioning , concerning the assault of NumbNutz. The scenario is still unclear, but he was quoted as saying ” Hey, NumbNutz, it is that lump there door above your ass” , just prior to the incident.
