Charlotte Man suspected of inserting butt plugs into homeless men as they sleep

Kenneth Richardson of Charlotte, NC formerly of Fairmont, WV is suspected of shoving 3/4 inch butt plugs into the anuses of 4 sleeping homeless men in the downtown Charlotte district. The distraught men reported to police that the 6’6”, 280 lbs Richardson was physically imposing and belligerent so they had no choice but to comply.
