On April 30,2017 man was found shot with dick in his hand … early Sunday morning call was made to CHATTANOOGA POLICE DEPARTMENT around 3:45 am where there saw a young victim … he haven’t be indentified at this time …. IF u have any clues to this case please call 423 got that ass 🙂🤣😅😅
