Cherokee County Man Arrested

Authorities say that 30 year old Derek Eugene Chestnut of Centre, AL was arrested Thursday after taking officers on a chase. The chase started on county road 34 and ended on HWY 411. Originally a officers responded to a man having sexual relations with the callers pet donkey, when the officers approached the seen they saw Chestnut wiping his mouth.. officers quitely watched as Chestnut talked very vulgar to the innocent animal, Chestnut then saw officers and took off in his nissan pickup. He left behind a large purple dildo, Chestnut was finally captured and charged with eluding officers, aggravated barn yard sodomy, and criminal tresspassing.
