Chesterfield County VA woman arrested

A Chesterfield County woman arrested for driving on suspended licences for the fifth time is now considered a habitual offence. The Chesterfield Judge said
“I am setting an example”. The Judge said that six months in jail should give her enough time to think about doing it again, and that they are cracking down and removing the slap on the wrist. Stay tuned for further details.
