Childrens Drug ring in moncton

RCMP is requesting all residents of Moncton to remain vigilant of a potential child drug king pin. Copious amounts of cocaine and what is believed to be MDMA have been found in children’s school backpacks. Ages of these children range from 8 – 13 years old. One child as young as 6 has been reported with 7 grams of pure cocaine in the front zipper of his backpack. Most students appear to be from the Beaver brook school. No known occurrences have been reported at other schools but we are warning parents to remain vigilant and inspect their children’s backpacks and contact crime stoppers or your local RCMP. We currently have no leads but we suspect it could be a teacher or one of the students working with a student.
