Chinese man wanted for sexual assault on handicap senior

Amy Shelton was walking out her door to grab a package that she was waiting for as she is wheeling out, the Chinese man approached her and forced her to roll back inside as she was screaming… a neighbor heard and made the disturbance call
Any then submitted her report to the police and they are now looking for this man
