Around 6:20 a.m. on Monday, April 17, Galva police were called to 19 SE 5th Ave. for a severely injured person. The victim was taken to a hospital in Kewanee and later air-lifted to a hospital in Peoria.
Henry County State’s Attorney has issued an arrest warrant for the suspect, identified as 25 year old Quenton D. Whiteside of Prophetstown; Ill. Whiteside is facing a charge of attempted murder.
Whiteside may be driving a 2,000 gold Lincoln 4 door with license plate number AJ36183
