State police say 40 year old, Clifton Park man Josh Grassi, was arrested for assault. Witnesses told police they saw a man kicking his dog, when they noticed Josh who also witnessed the man kicking his dog, he ran over to the victim, punched him in the face and then proceeded to kick him in his face. The man is currently in critical condition and had to be airlifted to Albany medical Center. Police say Josh’s action were justified, and that no charges will be brought to him. However when the man recovers if he even does, he may per-sue civil action against Josh.
