Clown Spotted in Mayfair Section of Philadelphia,PA

Yesterday two kids were walking down Brighton Avenue in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia PA, and spotted something strange behind a tree they then noticed that it was moving they got closer to it and it appeared to be a clown.The clown chased the two boys they managed to get away in time if you see this clown then don’t approach it stay away he is dangerous
