Clowns to hold massive convention in Paragould Arkansas

The National Clown Association has announced that a small town in Arkansas will host one of its largest conventions of the year on May 26. There will be a parade, stopping at places such as Paragould Eye Care, Wal-Mart, and several other businesses in town.
