Andre Spann, 24, of Livingston was arrested today after a month long investigation of comiting sexual acts with his neighbors farm animals. Mr. Spann repeatedly climbed under his neighbors fence and was inappropriately interacting with several calfs, sheeps and goats. When the police showed up to arrest Mr. Spann he was found in possession of a small rabitb that seemed to be in server distress according to police. Mr. Spann is being held in Columbia County jail without bail.
