Council Bluffs teen’s shot multiple times currently in critical condition in mercy hospitals intensive Care unit

Around 8:30pm two teens were shot on 28th and avenue D. The teen’s shot are, Brandon Devol, And Boyd Brewer. The shooter has been apprehend and has been identified as Andrew Ruby from council Bluffs Iowa Police haven’t realised anymore information
