Brittany Hays, a council bluffs resident is in custody after repeatedly threatening a woman Saturday night. After the police arrived, Hays told the officers, “I don’t give no fucks.” Police took Hays to the ground after she tried to flee the scene by foot. Hays continued to put up a fight on the way to the cruiser while yelling, “straight flexin on them hoes.”
Hays will be released Sunday evening after the help of her court appointed attourney, Halie Asmus.
