Cousins arrested after 39 mph chase in IMCA MODIFIED

Ryan cousins was arrested for a 2 hr 39 mph chase in his IMCA modified. Police say he was a threat to the public. Cousins was apprehended using unicorn dust and stripper glitter.COUSINS says he would not have been caught if it werent for those meddling kids and tbere dog .
