Crazy motocross rider on the loose

Two days ago a young man named Justin Flinchum had the cops called on him by residents they was saying “he is ridding wheelies at very high speeds” and ” he keeps popping the back wheel off the ground and rides on his front one” once the cops showed he took off down Bradshaw road breaking speeds of 115mph he evaded the cops cutting through fields the cops has said he is a very skilled rider and he needs to be stopped before he gets hurt or he hurts someone and also that they have never seen someone on a dirtbike riding wheelies at that amount of speed if anyone knows where he is please contact the Roanoke county police department
