Cuyahoga Falls man caught masturbating in field while fishing.

Justin Gerhart of Cuyahoga Falls, OH was caught masturbating in a field while fishing at the National state park. Gerhart was caught by a local resident walking by. Police were notified right away and Gerhart was taken into custody for public indecency.
