Sergio Cesar de Jesus tejeda-mendoza 34 of Darlington SC was arrested on April 27 2017 around 9:00pm for self prostitution . Sergio was found at the travel inn a darlington hotel with co worker Justin Scott Windham 21 of Darlington .the two men have been meeting at the hotel Since February 14 2017. Both men are being held at Darlington county jail awaiting bond.
