The body of Arkiba Joseph was found dead by two men about an hour ago in bushes near the Ortoire river. Miss Joseph was stabbed multiple times about the body and head, her throat was also slit and her hands were tired behind her back it looks like miss Joseph was raped then murdered by her attackers.
