Deranged Woman is arrested at local Pet Shop Trying To Steal Kittens

A woman in her late 40’s identified as Yvette Parra was apprehended inside Smitty’s Pet Shop in Carson.
She stated to police ” I want them all!’ as she attempted to walk off with 5 kittens.
She was taken to local Asylum for observation.
