Dodge city man caught masterbating in school grounds

Dodge city resident Scott Dressler was caught masterbating in a dodge city elementary school. It was said he was looking at young boys during soccer practice all while using only his thumb and pointing finger to masterbate according to the coach who later helped him finish his goal.
