Guillen had said she found the dog after Acres of Paradise Mobile Home Park residents reported that the dog was lost and in the middle of the road.
She claimed that she was only holding the dog until he could get flyers up to find the owner. However, the next morning, the owner of the dog showed up at guillen’s home demanding that she release the dog.
She refused and the owner called police.
