In a strange move, Dollar General has announced small expansion franchises to fight the mighty Walmart. DG president Al Coholic said in a statement that “we feel it necessary to move into lower populated areas to allow easier access to supplies and groceries.” Excavation will start on February 30th, 2018 in an undisclosed location at this time.
