Dominica Police on the Lookout for a Belvue Chopin man considered a threat to matrimony.

Police in Dominica are on a manhunt for one Collins Joseph of Bellevue Chopin who authorities consider a threat to matrimony.
The man is said to prey on wives of others no matter how old or ugly whilst evading the husbands.
Luckily however most of the victims claim that following his exploits the wives remain intact after the first 1.2 inches which is the extent of his playground area.
He is considered salop and dangerous. Approach with extreme caution!
