Donna Haynes has been charged with child neglect

Donna Haynes was changed this morning at 10 am for child neglect. There are witnesses that have seen and has evidence that she had neglected her children by not letting having their favorite cereal all the time. She currently is on probation at Counciling Works until further investigation.
