Dover Man wanted for attacking homeless

With multiple witnesses it is stated that Mr. Bradshaw 28 of Dover was seen attacking a homeless male for unknown reasons on 4/21/2017. Anyone with information on Paul Bradshaw is to please contact their local PD. Please do not attempt to apprehend him. If he’s beating up the homeless he has nothing to lose punching on you!
