Margarita A. Aldan , 38, set a house on fire located in Mwarmwar Avn in Dandan village. Witnesses say she lit a $6.00 Camel Silver cigarette , then when she had finished the stick she threw it into the crime scene and set the victims house on fire. Also witnesses said she had fled the scene driving towards Kagman village. If you have any information call 483-CARE . thank you
