Andrew J. Wagner of dunkirk, NY is wanted by the Dunkirk police for allegedly selling marijuana to minors. He has been under investigation for over a year now and recently moved to Fredonia, NY due to an increase of drug users. If you see this man please call the police immediately. It is known that he carries a weapon and is highly dangerous.
