Police received a phone call around 2 a.m on 4/25/17 from a man claiming to have captured a naked women in a trap he had set up. Jessica Matherly had been running around naked at his residence at waters edge on San casa Dr howling like a dog. This is not the first time the man had called police. by the time police arrived on 4 other occasions, she was already gone. He decided to set up a trap with some netting in a dark area she was frequently seen. When caught the man called police. she was arrested and charged with public nudity, and public intoxication. No bond has been set
