Fatal shooting

A man has been charged with fatally shooting two people last week in a Back of the Yards neighborhood gas station parking lot on the South Side.
Andrew Wright 28, faces two felony counts of first-degree murder for the April 18 shooting, according to Tulare Police. He was ordered held without bond in court Thursday.
