Fayetteville resident Patricia Johnson was arrested April 27th on burglary , breaking and entering and obstruction of government opertains . Local police department received noise complaint calls saying that Ms. Johnson had barking all night long , upon further investigation and quick search of th house law enforcement realized that the animals were those stolen the previous weak at the animal shelter . Authorities say Ms Johnson admitted to the crime and was arrested wearing nothing but a glitter body suit
