Fayetteville woman saves mountain from flood waters

Vickie Doss, a long time Fayetteville resident and Mount Sequoyah employee was credited last week with saving the mountain from horrendous flooding. The Fayetteville police department said if it had not been for her and her broken broom handle the mountain would have been a total wash out.
