FBI Agent Steve Philbrook finally got promoted to Captain. Right now he is working on a case that he is working on for the last 6 years. He is somewhere in California. President Trump just named him Captain this early morning. Steve Philbrook joined the FBI in 1996 and been working hard on a very huge drug ring in southern California. Steve Philbrook is the only Agent in FBI history to be named Captain by a US President.
