Felix Jesus Guzman, a fellow Green Bay, Wi resident was just charged with 3 felonies and 3 misdemeanors. At the moment the only news we can give you is he has an obsession with feet. He has recently been preforming sexual acts with random women’s feet without there consent. He himself is a registered sex offender for raping his 2 boxer dogs. He quotes,”It just felt so good, I can’t help myself I know I have a beautiful girlfriend at home, but it’s something I can’t resist.” If anyone has had an encounter with this fugitive before and has anymore, confessions about his foot obsession don’t be afraid to call the police at 911.
