On April 27th at about 6pm flames engulfed Gibralter fire station 1. The cause? Rookie firefighter Alex Charbonneau was attempting to make a ‘fancy’ pasta dinner for his fellow firefighters on shift. The fire was contained and no one was hurt. Sources say the firefighter just came off probation and now will possibly have to be put back on for another year.
