About an hour ago city police responded to a call of a man in the downtown area beating up a bystander, apparently it was a drug deal gone bad and turned violent!
Officers arrested Joe Bill of Regent St. And he broke out of the jail in less than 10 mins through a door that was left unlocked.
He is presumed to be extremely dangerous and likes to frequent local bars looking for women.
An all points bulletin has been put out an hour ago and the Military has been called for support!
If you see Mr Bill do not approach and call police immediately!
