Girl arrested for prostitution in downtown davenport

Mackenzie Nicely of Davenport IA was arrested last night with a felony charge for committing prostitution. She was caught by the Davenport police department when she walked up to an undercover officer and asked to give him oral in exchange for college tuition money.
