Glen falls man finally captured.Ryan P Rabine was finally captured early this morning at 2:32am. Ryan Rabine was on the run after a series of assaults on elderly woman on April 24 2017. Ryan P Rabine was captured after a high speed car cash started from his home in Glens falls Ny and ended in Whitehall NY. When Ryan got to white Hall NY he jumped out of the car Cuz there was an old lady in the road that made Ryan angry so he started a fight with this women. She ended up over powering Ryan and the police rush in and arrested Ryan befor any one else got hurt.
