Guam Police Department Asks The Public for Help

GPD asks the public for help to find Dededo Resident, Briesha Buccat (Blas) in Sunday night Payless robbery. Blas and accomplice Quiana Manibusan visited the Dededo Store Sunday around 7:24pm. The two were seen stuffing their purses with a case of spam and ramen noodles, said GPD Monday morning.
