Kelsey m Houck 21 of Hagerstown Md is wanted for assault on her minor sister . On Thursday the 27th of April at 8:00 pm she assaulted her minor sister with a weapon and then ran when told cops were on the way . If anyone knows the whereabouts of Ms. Houck please contact the local police . Thank u
