Halbur Native Charged With Numerous Drug counts And Sexual Exploitation

Carroll country sheriff’s office responded to a domestic disturbance call at a house on Cass street in Halbur. When deputies arrived they found Chad Allan Bluml chained to his bed and what looked to be underage midgets engaging in sexual acts upon him. When deputies unchained Bluml he was arrested and a search warrant was issued for the house. Upon completion of this search deputies found numerous sex toys, a dead poodle, a gallon of ky jelly and verious underage midget porn videos. Also seized from the house was 10 pounds of crack cocaine, 7 pounds of heroin and numerous syringes filled with goat piss. Charges are pending and bond was set at 600 dollars the trial date has not yet been set.
