According to Bobby’s supermarket A Halifax man named fred Hawkins of roa came into the store and tried to cash a 50 dollar counterfeit bill. authorities are now looking for Fred Hawkins of roanoke rapids. if anyone know about his whereabouts please contact the Halifax Sheriff Department 252 539 3000
