Due to numerous complaints the federal government has laid out a plan to enforce little known laws as they pertain to statutes contained in the ADA, americans with dis abilities act.
A man in Utah was forcibly removed from a stall in a public bathroom. Tom Walker said he knew about parking places but was unaware that public restrooms were subject to the same laws.
He will appear in court next Tuesday
