High Prairie RCMP issue warrents for a Native male from the Kapawe’no First nation. Halcrow is wanted on charges of public disturbance, public indecency& numerous other offenses . Halcrow was seen sniffing bicycle seats at High prairie elementery School ,Wednesday morning and was seen leaving the scene Ina black Dodge RAM. If anyone knows of Halcrows where abouts, or has any information please contact or local RCMP.
