High school student suspected of murder on Highway 601

Central Cabarrus high school student Mariana Rios Rivera was suspected of murder of a young teen. Rios claims that she was just trying to defend herself when they robbed her Tuesday night. Officer Jaimes says that Rios neighbor heard a gun shot but when they walked in Rios house, no one was there. Officer Jaimes says that they will not be putting out further information until Rios and the body are found
